The "Dream Tomorrow" project brought together HKDI students, fashion brand Maje, and the Cancer Information Charity Foundation to create upcycled bucket hats for cancer patients in Hong Kong. Over 60 hats were crafted with donated fabric from Maje, emphasizing sustainability and creativity. Students interviewed cancer patients to tailor the designs for comfort and style. This project not only showcased the students' talent but also their compassion and social responsibility. Through collaboration and an IG reel video, the initiative aimed to raise awareness about cancer and support those affected. Ultimately, the project successfully combined fashion, sustainability, and empathy for a meaningful cause.
