With the rise in online scams, there is an urgent need to prevent our seniors from being the victims. This project team has developed a toolkit to raise awareness on the top four common scams involving seniors aged 60 and above in Singapore, namely, phishing scams, social media impersonation scams, investment scams and e-commerce scams. Engagement sessions with seniors have been conducted to highligh red flags of such scams as well as the measures which can be employed in the event any suspicious activities have been observed.
