Currently, there is a lack of innovative teaching resources tailored to engage students effectively in the area of mental health education. The absence of an emotionally-safe environment does not encourage students to express their feelings freely to share their emotions. To address these issues, the team developed an engaging board game, with both physical and digital editions, to facilitate a supportive environment where students are empowered to share their personal experiences and emotions comfortably. By incorporating gameplay elements that prompt players to navigate various life scenarios, the game not only fosters meaningful dialogues but also equips participants with valuable coping strategies essential for real-life situations.
